Super Bowl

It almost had me wondering if the game was thrown.?.

That was my exact thought watching the brain dead meandering on the field and total lack of effort... seemingly lack of.....

I haven't watched a football game in a number of years, just not on the tube here. Seeing parts of the super bowl, it seems like the game has gone to a bigger emphasis on speed than I remember from before. i mean speed has always been important, but now the linemen as well, seem smaller and probably quicker than what used to be (Perry "the refrigerator") the emphasis. Before they were huge guys, I mean bruisers with a gift for the bench press. The backs and receivers, they are flyers. Give them some daylight and they are gone. Pounding for yardage is an enjoyable game to watch too.
