A couple of days ago we picked up some new furniture for the punks room, a bunkbed, dresser, and bookcase. Real nice looking pine stuff. Well my wife picks it out I go and pick it up, it's not actually 'furniture' we bought it's 'RTA furniture'. In case you don't know RTA is Ready To Assemble, and let me tell ya they werent kidding, had to put each drawer in the dresser together, each runner in the headboard every last piece needed to be assembled :? .

I'm not to sure about this new RTA business anymore.:|:

Headed back home from the revolver match, did quite well placing 7th out of 17 shooters. My second revolver match, first with this gun.

On the first stage I discovered the sights were way off on theiir zero, on an 18 yard shot I was aiming about 14" to the left to get my hits. I adjusted the rear sight some and shot the rest of the match. Afterwards I benched the gun and got it dialed in after the match.

The top 2 shooters are members of Team Smith and Wesson, 2 of the top 5-6 revolver shooters in the world, Elliot and Annette Aysen.

Twas a good time, next month is the state match eeek!

In 2 weeks I have a pistol(semi's) match, looking forward to it!
 
Ahhh the weekend. I'm vegging out and doing as little as possible.

I ordered my uniforms last night, and somehow locked myself out of the site to register for my company card. :?

Tonight??? I have nothing planned except to chill and relax as well. :)

Although I could start getting some ideas on what to do in Atlanta next month while free after classes.
 
Brand new climber quit on Friday. Dumb ass was still looking for another job while saying yes to us. Some people are so dishonerable. Tree Guy wasn't happy with him in any case - probably wouldn't have made it thru his 3 month probation. He was upset that Tree Guy actually wanted him to use a CHAINSAW up the tree, and not just hack off every branch with his Silky. :rolleyes: I'm mostly upset that I had to spend several hours away from my baby to get the jerk set up with payroll, and now I have to spend a few more to get him OFF payroll. GRRRR

Oh well, we'll find someone better.
 
I worked on my pickup a little this morning and then I went to a wedding for my cousin's son (my God son) in Clarksburg up by Sacramento. Just got back about 9:30. Wish I was about 25 years old again, all sorts of hotties around there.
 
went up to seven feathers casino last night and met 3aunts an uncle and a cousin for the first time. 5 more aunts and uncles to go!

my folks work there and were at a show last night as part of a family reunion:) my cousin was up 2k between fri and sat!
 
back from the big shin dig last night, might still be a bit tipsy, have to lead a couple tree tours in less than three hours, going to go back to bed and get some more shut eye, glad the wife drove us home this morning. Apparently I went to bed at about midnight and the cops showed up about 1, I gave my wife heck (not really) for not waking me up to meet the cops. Sounds like one of them was a gal and my pops in law was asking her to dance as she was telling him to shut'er down last night. :D hahaha, AWESOME party. Polish parties are the bestest.

Had a good day already!!
We took Bubba to McDonalds and had lunch, went fishing for a bit, his first time. Didn't catch anything, but he did better than I had hoped. Played in the plaground for a while. Now I am watching the race, can't hardly beat a day like that!!!
