Young Spiderman and the Slackline

In case you don't know it by now, I kinda get all proud and such about my grandson, Hayden. He has REALLY taken to the water this year. Last year he impressed us by retrieving objects off the bottom of the pool...this year he has decided to play with our slackline over the pool.

We have worked a lot with him learning to bob this summer. He has taken to it very well and has basically taught himself to drownproof. He can "bob" in deep water which looks very much like drownproofing. I am impressed with how well a 3 year old can do in the water...he never holds his nose...he does get choked sometimes but it doesn't really bother him. He is a NATURAL

Wet suit is because I had just spent an hour underwater with scuba vacuuming the pool before we swam.

Yep, Squisher...he's got the makings...loves to jump off stuff (drives me NUTZ!) and is turning into a water maniac!!
