Thanks.

My friend is going to buy a big bar for chainsaw milling stuff down to bandsaw mill capacity with an MS 056, or I've suggested to him, a double-ended bar with two powerheads. His brother is the retired logger, so between them, I think that they have powerheads, might be 2 056s.

Wondered about narrow kerf for milling.

This price can't be right, though.

Thats per drive link. .25 a DL times how many you want to put a loop together. They have 6K+ on hand.

Dirt cheap for those bars.. and .25 per dl is also cheap, as, these days, 100' of chain is up about 50% from its $200-225 per roll days of old.

I have little experience with GB bars, but don't recall the orange painted one I had, 36" .050 for an older 660, being anything all that exceptional... soft even?

Maybe I need a 3120, since I'm rolling in all this dough, moving and not working, and down payment, and moving costs, and...

Better'n rollin' in poison oak, rich boy!!:O:P But you're rich in spirit.....!!

I've run 42" on a dual port muffler 660.....

Thanks, my 660 is dual port, and going to be 'built' when I get it fixed, scored piston, supposedly from the seemingly crisply functioning decomp valve, per the mechanic as the dealer.
