They're good, but I like the picture thing. It gives me an idea of the place I'm looking at.

Also, all the TV weather said tonight: "Showers" It's been pouring down for 6 hours. :whine:

I am a member of weatherunderground.com. Well worth the $5 per year. I can get a quick animated radar image with no advertisements any time of the day.

It's my favorite weather site. The pictures are great too.

I wish... No Local Radar In My Vicinity....
And since mountains have micro climate.. Most weather reports are off depending where you are ...say within even 5 miles... Heck.. even a mile sometimes....

I like NOAA. Stephan, you do know that you can call in temp, est wind speed, humidity, to NOAA, and get a spot weather forecast.:)

I need to set up my own mini station here.... Between it and the Pacific satellites and knowing our basic weather patterns during time of day.. I can get pretty close. I would like to try that with NOAA once I get something set up here.

Weather underground is the best storm tracker. I like the two Butch posted for local weather though. The national mosaic is just cool no matter what.

OK, just curious. One pin was pretty obviously Asheville where Andrew and John are and another was south central, pretty close to Charlotte.
