I was doing some work for the ski area today , took saws and 4-wheelers about a third ways up the hill.....just across a road from our site were two mature Racoons trying to kick the shit out of eachother ... at about 90 feet !!! screaming , hissing , scratching , and biting.... while moving around the top like Lisa Butterfly Hill.... they would take little breaks but it was more or less continiuos for 30 minutes .... I think it was territory (the Beech Tree)

I watched hummingbirds fighting about 18 inches in front of my face, they couldn't see me. It was tre cool, raccoons would be awesome!

I know... video would have been cool , take my word for it they were behaving like... uhm , animals !

I used to work with two old brothers when doing removals. They had some dandy fights, swearing at each other in front of the customer.

Watching squirrels chase each other around is amazing.

Having one run across my leg, and stop, then have the nerve to chatter at me from 10' away, priceless.

had to go home and change my pants ,too.

I have had squirrels run right down my backside 3 or 4 times in the last 18 years. If you corner em they no place to go.

Once I cornered one doing a removal. It tried jumping into an adjacent Spruce tree about 60 feet away from about 50 feet up. It glided and just missed the lowest branch on the tree. Hit the ground and ran away. I was amazed.

I had a rat peeking around the trunk of a palm tree at me. I tried to smack him with the 200T bar and he just moved and peeked around the other side of the trunk. This went on for about 6 smacks and then he ran down the trunk.
