Survival gear.

Precisely. Too many guns means too much different ammo to keep track of. Fine if you're home, but bad habit for a BOB.

No, TP will be a hot commodity when the infrastructure breaks down. Cash won't be worth much at all.

The first thing that sold out in supermarkets here during the floods was TP.

If you are going to survive you need to relax sometimes.:)

Sheesh, from bad to worse!
The shiter is covered, again, I have a five gallon bucket in the storm shelter, with a lid and liner.
I have a deck of cards and small poker chips in the BOB as well, lots of things you can do, we also have magnetic toys and letters/numbers which stick to the side of the shelter for all to play with.
A rifle or shotgun would be nice, but without spending a bunch they sure aren't that portable! I think this bag is 16" long!

Actually, it's not a bad thing to have; antiseptic, anti-depressant, analgesic, and anesthetic all in one!

True, but I can't put a delivery van in the storm shelter Erik! Or I can't store enough booze and the family at the same time.
I'm bad, but even I have to draw the line now and again!

Booze or the wife and kid. Hmmm.... Yeah, I can see where that'd be a tough call!
