I knew you were going to mention my camera so YES I'll have it and YES I'll take pics.
Isn't that some SICK shit Butch? I have no desire to sled off cliffs or go that big off jumps. I'd do it my my skis all day long but not a snowmobile. Sleds are heavy and gravity is always in full effect.
I made the mistake of letting a moron ride my sled and he somehow managed to catch it on fire. It's a long story. I'll spare you the details.
Anyway, I was riding the blue polaris rmk700. I love that sled! It's plenty fast, it has reverse, and electric an starter. It's a little heavy but oh well... I manage.
I played hooky from work today to go sledding... and I'm not in the least bit sorry!
I can't believe how much snow we have up there still. I was expecting some spring like conditions but to my surprise winter is far from over in the high country. From the looks of our snow depth I might still be able to sled up into June! God I love this place!!!!!!!!!!!
Yeah baby I'm blowing off work tomorrow to go sledding..... again.
On our way home from sledding last week we stopped into the ski-doo dealership to check out the sleds and there was one of them that was a hell of a deal so my buddy gave them $500 to hold it for him. He did some fanagling and somehow managed to come up with the money to pay it off.
So, not only do we have over 24" of fresh powder from yesterday.... we're picking this bad mofo on the way up there.
