Snow/ polar tracks for mini-skid

I am sure it would help. I am not familiar with the KX121 but something is better than nothing on ice.

I'm sure we'll just stick it up. Spring has to come someday. KX121 is a Kubota mini excavator, about four tons.

Update after about 12 hours run time I have lost about 10-15% of screws I installed. Mixed terrain ice, snow, hills, pavement, and rough ice.
