Yah , no doubt those chains will cut wood ... quickly , and that was with a stock 500i , ported that saw wood be 20-30% faster depending on builder and how “hot” it was built ... I’ve got some vallorbe files coming from Madsens ... looks like a steep learning curve but once ya nail it , the dividends should be substantial

Looks great. It's a great feeling when you get to that point where you can hand file and get good results. That little gullet beak will slow things down. Square or round, gullets like to be hogged out.
