Seeking Climber & Groundie, P/T. Olympia WA

he's been with me for a month or so already, local,
he was the lead climber for my competitor who's strung out on dope,
he couldnt stand it...dealing with dopers, and getting half his $ here and there
dealing with all the bs
he's enjoying it here, and it leaves me free to sell work
i still do the fine pruning, but am selling a lot of removals to keep him busy

i just lost my best groundie, he's choker setting till thanksgiving
i offered to match his pay, but his father in law is the bull of the woods and cant bail out on him
but will be with me from turkey day till June again...he does the work of 3 men....
i miss him...so i have newbie

he was on a crew in Oklahoma, but we told him...shut up...listen, do what you're told, you're not in Oklahoma anymore
this is Humboldt the Olympics of tree care
he's doing better since he's doing it our way

i may have an opportunity to expand our territory fairly soon
and im busy, since the other co is spinning out of control im getting more calls

good luck there s s tree

Congrats Dave. Its hard to find the ones worth finding.

I've received some interest, but not anyone that really stands out.

Really glad to hear the uptick in your labor and business situation, Dave.

Keep after it, Sean...the right fella for your needs will be a niche player, may take a while.

seantheyre right,
i got to the point of giving up and just asked the man upstairs ....it was a freak phone call a few days later and we were on our way
