Yikes.... That shat will buckle 1/4 plus steel plate. Surprises me when people say that Steve. I know it can be used sparingly/safely with a brick lined stove. But one must be careful as it burns at about 1200F.:O

The lids drooped down a little. And yes it would glow red sometimes.

Magnus, I wish I had known about you last year, when my wife, 3 dogs and I toured Sweden and Norway.
I would have LOVED to see your collection.
I did get to see a fine specimen of the diesel powered Comet saw in a logging museum near Jönköping, though.
I've always wanted to see that one. I suppose you have one of those, too?

I'm too lazy to unpin my truck and get them out. What ya got against Stihl's Magnus? Pretty impressive Willie.
 
Heh were you one of the ones saying awhile back how pulling the pins is so easy? :P

If not, well someone was, and I still haven't fixed the locks on my boxes yet.

Here is mine minus the 192T that is in the saw shop for running weak, and my power pruner which took a crap on me last week.
