Fee based seminars keep many from doing anything. Investing in yourself is an important attribute.

Waiting for someone to foot the bill is a way to stay lower-skilled, less productive, less valuable and lower paid.

Just to be clear, this is happening in Windsor, California? Even though the OP is from Chicago? This is definitely something I might go to if it's actaully in my neighboring state. I tried to look it up on your website, but encountered some issues.
