Propane regulator

I need to replace the auto switching (2x100 pound now) regulator on my house to one that will work for a single 20 pound tank. The one that's on there leaks. It's only hooked to the stove in the kitchen. Wondering if anyone has done this. I think it's two stage, but not sure. Thanks.

I went from two 100's single regulator (gas company) , switched to several 20's on a valved manifold (owner operator) ... all have the simple easy regulators found on every gas grill.
