every single time I even consider getting a zigzag, there is a report of another dead person or a recall on them

lets not even mention the rip-offs they keep making, like the chicane, or the pulley that I keep seeing ads for that is nearly an exact copy of the omniblock, and I think a few others as well

My Petzl Zig-zag plus just started slipping yesterday.

I still stand by Petzl and the Zig-zag as well as the Chicane.

Grillon has served me well. It's a grigri with a hockey puck handle instead of a flip out lever.

But - big thumbs down for their chicanery.

I'm aiming for a refund if possible. Don't have reciepts because the Zigzag plus and Zillon I have were sent as replacements for ones with fractures in the links.
Don't want any more replacements to be honest! Would rather swap both for Roperunner Pro and be done with it!

im looking at the RRP, two things I see: I hear its picky about ropes, and it doesnt have a second attachment for DRT, other than that, it seems like a solid device

I keep seeing ads for 2.0
