You guys, man I gotta say I've worked all over the US doing treework, worked on some huge ass stuff. Everyone thinks big trees on the Westcoast is tuff. BS, doing treework where you fellas in the Gulf area work, my hats off to yous guys. I mean talk about gettin your ass beat at work, holy smokes. I'll take the ivy covered, 140' leaning fir, in the damn icewater rain any day over the lifesucking, wet ass heat you fellas tough it out in.
True, the humidity is what brings on the pain. I'm trying to force myself to wear long sleeved underarmor shirts for sun protection, but on those muggy, overcast mornings I'm not sure I'm doing the right thing.
I just did a job this weekend on the hottest day of the year so far where I live, all of 68 degrees. And I was sweating my ass off. 98 degrees and humid would be like looking down the barrel of a gun for me.
Yeah, I'm bored, my back is hurting like a bitch, no matter how many pain killers I take, and I really don't know where to post without offending someone. This seemed like the place
No, the ganga makes me nauseas!! Figure that one out!!! I get the "warm fuzzy feeling" in the back of my neck for about fifteen min., then I chuck! Tried it again a couple of months ago just to see. Same old. Hacked like a fiend then chucked for twenty min!
I'm still waiting for the "buzz"!
Odd, but semi relavant question.
Butch, have you ever met the guy that drinks more than every one at the table, but at the end of the night is still sober and drives everyone EXACTLY where they need to be droped off just fine?
