I was impressed with them. Looking forward to getting them on the excavator as well!

What first gen, Stephen? That's the first set of scoops for the HD BMG. They're nearly identical in function to the BMG Scoops, but bigger and heavier built.

Yeah, Nick, they will.

Yes, we have had scoops for the regular BMG, and these for the HD BMG, which are new. The BMG Scoops are smaller as the BMG is intended for smaller machines and is built lighter with a 2" cylinder vs a 3" cylinder in the HD BMG.

Combined, the HD BMG scoops weigh more than the BMG grapple (100lbs per side)!

I'll admit those scoops are pretty fantastic. They will most certainly scoop below grade. They will work on the standard bmg as well. Although the scoop time is a bit more!

I was very impressed with the setup.

I sure could have used that the other day, gravel mixed with conifer needles. Carl, what is the changeover time to install those scoops?

I haven't received the production pins yet, but figure on a minute to get them on. I've got a video of Dave putting the small ones on in ~20 seconds.

It's ridiculous how much more efficient they are than my previous means. In the past two weeks I've scooped around 80 yards of stump chips/dirt and 80 yards of rakings.

No wheel barrow for JU!
Rob would have liked that yesterday. I sent him on a clean up with the mini and he had it all out of there and transported to two sites in about 3 hours. Each site more than 20 minutes from the origin. Mini made light work of it. He would have liked that for the pine needles.

So far so good. I've tweaked the "cutting edge" slightly, but that's from picking up my steel ramps and my dirt bucket with them. Sooo pretty dang well!

What about those pins?
