I’m looking for a man that can work a crew and he can make his own crew .
One great climber one decent climbers
1-2 ground men
Pays 900-1000
A day .
Basically ideal person is a sub .
I supply all equipment- big ass chipper
Well 2-3 chippers
2 dump trucks
One loader
And I we usually sub crane work out because this place is terrible for small cranes .
So we use a 60 ton
It’s not production type work .
It’s way more mellow and that is how I keepmotn
There’s are opps
For 3 or 4 days a week
Or 5 days a week
Or 6 days a week

We didn’t miss any winter days at all -
Zero
My gear is not the greatest but the new chipper should Ben
By 13 by near 20 foot F800
Is awesome
My main guy of Almost 15 years wants a change
Very surprising to me
You literally get to write your own check but you can also see the books - and so forth
I make a tend to make less than my main crew leader .
But I have to sale and on weekends to and they will not work weekends
Anyone interested should just text me at+14234004110
Thanks
Jerry

I forgot to say
I think this job is ideal for one really good climber and one ok climber still learning.
That being said I’ve seen one good climber and three found man do this job and in that case.
It pays 600 a day
Can get better here because you can still buy a house for under 50k

Thanks - it’s a pretty sweet situation
It’s not production tree work
It it slow high quality work .
No one has to get in a hurry
My average guys last 6-12 years as soon as they get on

Sounds exactly what I want: slow high quality, 3-4 days per week, seeing the books. But not in the right area, I want to move to Virginia, and I couldn't jump right in due to lack of experience, but I've been getting the urge to lead and learn to be a proficient climber, at least when all I see is sloppiness, unsafe rushing, and poor leadership.

Puts me too far between the churches I go to, and that's about the only deal breaker for me, at least it's a high priority one.
