Grivel twin gate

One problem is the side loading. All carabiners are weaker on this axis, but this one has nothing to help holding the gate in place...

It may turn out that this carabiner has no place in our line of work, but I would like to try it before making that decision. If you look on their web sight you will see that it actually rates well on a minor axis load.

Dmm now has quadruple action biners. That seems excessive to me. These look pretty cool

I've had one of their quad lockers for 9 years now...I use it on my lanyard to attach to the side D.
I bought it out of curiosity when I visited the factory in Wales after a course.
