29 waist and I have a small Weaver now... Only two more holes on the saddle belt before it is cinched all the way..... I lost some weight this year off my tum tum also

I have a 34" waist and my Cougar saddle is too loose. Even on the last hole.

i suppose it depends where you wear it, I wear saddles low, more on my hips, I don't like the feeling of anything digging into my lower ribs.

I can still wear my Medium their but If I slide it way up, then yeah, it is too big but most guys wear thier saddles too high, they depend on the saddle to support there core; this over a long period of time is not good.

better to wear it low and build a strong core, than to allow the saddle to do all the supporting, ya know? ergonomics baby, ergonomics...
