My ground man today cramped up after lunch just comming out of the restarunt and I could figure out what he was doing. Said the back of his legs were cramping. went to my chip truck through him a packet of mustard, ate it, and within minuts he said it was gone... Still havn't tried it myself...lol hope I dont have to for while either.

I've woken? up screaming from leg cramps in the middle of the night. A good Flexibility program has helped me more than anything. There's nothing like a good stretch.

I can't comment on mustard, but I have been using NuuN electrolyte supplements, and have not been cramping or feeling bad at the end of the day. I have alot more energy in the mornings.

So I ask again, which mustard (and you guys thought I collected hot sauces...). :D

sorry if the pic looks staged, my handy assistant build the shot. lol.

Paul is the Condiment King!

When I was a kid I liked stealing sips of pickle juice from the jar.

Geez, if I thought I had at least one culinary brother here..... Guess my effort just doesnt cut the mustard.

Heinz to the left works just fine from what I understand. I dont even know what thet brand was I gave to my groundman but I know it wasn't anything special.

hahaha...you guys are freaks!! I can't believe how y'all can get so much mileage out of MUSTARD.

Cool having your little helper set up the mustard...he probably had a ball. (and I can't believe I read this whole thread!!!)

I don't think that many mustards is culinary anymore. You, my good friend, have a condiment fetish. :)
