My old boss had one like that. It was an old PG&E truck for putting in power poles. We used the heck out of that rig. It was very handy to have around for loading wood.

to get into those hard to reach places where line trucks can't go or traverse
right-of-way areas for field work. It has an auger drive with standard 18 bit
and can also be used to set anchors. It has a hook height of 25' and a 2500lb.

square steel and has an elevation of -20 degrees - +90 degrees. The Standard
Panther is equipped with an adjustable track platform and planetary winch.
