Who's got one and can you post some pics please! With sugar on top!
Question: Likes, dislikes, anything different you would do?

Ive got a built rite brute. Belt drive. Same design as timberwolf. Works fine. Sips fuel. Belt works fine winter and summer. I have $175 into it, plus some climbing and plow time. :). Kinda see it i this pic. I think its like 20'. Wouldn't wanna split wood without it after using one.

An old hay conveyer would do ok, the type with the chains on the sides and bars across. Only ones I've seen are electric tho. Cheap at farm auctions.

Haha i hope so. Im thinking a traffic cone skid over will keep it from ripping. I piled the outside in a circle, so i don't lose any to the snow plow this winter. Oh the joys.

Not to be persnickety, Brendon......but those rims on that conveyor ain't been waxed recently.....:/:

I've been looking for a 24 foot bale elevator for several years for Tom .No luck so far .They used to be cheap until they figured out they would work for firewood .

These type elevators in this area aren't used much on the farm .Hay ,straw is baled in either huge round or square bales you need a skid loader to move .

Looks like the making of a huge holz Hansen, Brendon. They use the pole as a measure of shrinking while drying. Will the tarp trap moisture? Easier that building the traditional "wood house".

Haha. Yes Scott. One of those things I out gas in, change the oil and grease. To get it home instead of buying new tires I bought tubes. Basically driving on a tube home.

Sean, I only cover wood in winter. That wood will see daylight until the first snow fall. Last year I just conveyored Into a pile. When plowing you lose all the wood along the bottom. That's why I went hybrid holz houzen style.
