COMPUTER EXPERTS: I wanna make a new battery for my laptop

I have had a dell laptop for about 3-4 years now. About a year ago the battery was just unbearable, so I bought a new one- not a genuine dell, but rather one from batteries.com. It was a knock-off. Well, it's been about a year on this battery and it barely lasts 20 minutes now.

I still have the old battery just sitting there. I saw this video and wondered...

friend of mine has a computer shop, builts his own battery packs like that all the time. not many packs out there that can't be rebuilt. check at batterymart.com, they have a good slection of batteries
