Heres my 2002 250XP, has a 110hp 4BT with absolutely ZERO knock, blowby or rattles, uses no oil or coolant, muffler is missing (I have it, mounts are gone tho)

whats new: (less than 200 hours)
Tires
all hydraulic hoses besides suction line from tank
hydraulic filter and both the reversing and crush valves
last chance cables
oil, oil filters, hydraulic fluid and filter, and fuel filters

trailer wiring was damaged, it got ripped out and a quick overnight wiring job was done to get it operational again, not difficult to put back to factory if needed, converted to 7 blade style plug, also put one wire in the wrong spot when reasembling after complete teardown so the key doesn't kill power, I can fix this before its sold if the buyer wants

what needs fixed:
brakes, they work but are extremely weak, may just need adjusted
knives and anvil are just about worn out, still chips but needs those replaced before going back to full time production
pump seems to be on its way out, works great till it gets hot, not as bad on a cold day, chips excellent still, just wouldn't want to machine feed it like a rental until thats fixed, builds pressure fine at idle when cold just not when hot, again, we've ran it for 3 years like this and its never let us down
could use paint as extremely obvious in the pictures, some mild weld repairs if you're feeling fancy
autofeed wiring and tach are shot, solenoids do work, setup with an LOR system but had AF+ before the LOR system so everything is there to convert it

all in all, its never once let us down, we've done crane work and land clearing with it, chipped a LOT of wood and it keeps kicking, only issues it has are minor and really not even worth fixing unless you were going to run it full time on a big crew as an only chipper

hours unknown due to bad tach, no play in bearings and starts right up so we never worried about that, no frame cracks

clutch about 3 1/2 years old, only had to adjust it twice in my 3 years of ownership, never slips, had it off a few months ago and inspected it, functions flawlessly
engine build sheet from cummins available on request

located 20 minutes south of Knoxville TN airport, will deliver anywhere within an hour of my shop

asking $20K open to negotiations, not looking to make anything off the sale, just getting out of tree work and need to buy a pickup to daily and get a little cash to put into fixing up my remaining equipment
FCFS, its not pretty but it works, infeed tray has been modified to accept machine feeding and made much stiffer, works 10X better than factory despite the ugly welds, I'm a tree guy not a welder LOL

Love me a bandit, they will run forever!
especially the pre emissions stuff! only times its ever let me down was a tiny coolant line off the water pump, job 1 of the day was fine, parked at job 2 and it was dripping, replaced the hose and it ran fine, the other time was blowing a hydraulic hose, which is why all the high pressure hoses have been replaced recently

the term "absolute UNIT" comes to mind when describing a bandit! vermeer could never compete 😆
