Antibiotics for plants?

I know there are various disease treatment injections for trees, but are any to treat bacteria? What are potential plant safe antibiotics? I'd like to inject something into the cucurbit vines in my garden to save them from bacterial wilt. I have seen it in at least 3, maybe 5 very distinct varieties of vine.

Oxytetracyclene is used in bacterial leaf scorch treatment. It doesn’t cure the infection but retards it.
