Any thoughts on things that help an owner- operator manage admin.

My accountant runs payroll, pays taxes, keeps incorporation current, etc.

Managing things like tracking time sheet submission, paycheck issuance, writing bids, A/R, tracking incoming requests, tracking that jobs are getting scheduled, issuing occasional receipts, etc.

Have you got availability for software like Arbpro for eg?

Friends who have adopted that in the UK have the process down. One the parameters are loaded into the system, quoting converts to job offer, to job sheets, required items to do the job safely and then even can allocate staff for the job (if you have them off course)

Then it will generates invoice and payment receipts and even help with the tax returns.

Bought a grinder from the UK 13k ish plus purchase tax (20%)
Once it entered the EU I had to pay the purchase tax, so when I submitted the invoice to my accountant I was suprised when I didn’t get it back at the end of the month.
So I enquired and she said that it was non refundable as it was imported from abroad, I was a bit perplexed but let it slide.
Then just before the end of the year I asked her again, pressing the point, she doubled down.
Then she started asking me for a few bits of paperwork and lo and behold €3400 gets dropped in my business account from Ireland (where I paid the tax)

Does this post have any relevance to the op, no, but the word accountant appeared and that triggered me.

I haven't looked into Jobber AI.

Idk what it offers.

Jobber is my software that does similar.
