Worked another 12 hour day...so what else is new.... Put together a 1.4 pound salad at a store. Came home, baked another slab of wild Alaska sockeye, marinaded in some goodies. Almost two down the hatch, 8 to go....in the freezer. whole salmon, that is....

yummm... reckon this poor ole bachelor oughta stop by an raid yer frig on my next trip to the ski hill..... I got home at 8:20 last nite, threw some red taters in a pot, pulled out a defrosted coho fillet added some lemon pepper (and garlic ) marinades, tossed on some salmon rub,and threw it...

So, did it work.....:dance:

Had a bit of mahi mahi at home, then went over to chat with a customer, and was served an awesome burrito, with some chicken on the side...and wine. Weehah!!

Made a fire in the backyard firepit....loaded on cherry mostly....and a whole fresh Copper River sockeye salmon...shared it with treehugger (who's too shy to post :/: ) along with a bottle of 2003 Merlot from a customer's cellar..he makes scads of awesome wine...he has at least 6 or eight...
