Rich, that is how I understand it, too. Since you already have a CDL you just need to schedule a road test for the endorsement (or restriction removal...same thing, I guess) and get that done. It does not seem to me like it has to be urgent based on the Feb. 7 date...that is for folks...

X-ray work today...delivered a new generator to a big county health TB dept. Downtown Atlanta -- threaded this alley as many hundreds of college students swarmed around the truck changing classes. Working with traffic in the big city gets interesting.
