    I would probably go with a new piston, definitely new rings. A small piece of green Scotch bright pad on a dremel might get the aluminum transfer off the cylinder. Thoroughly clean the cylinder afterward with soap & water and even carb cleaner or some solvent to dissolve any burnt on oil buildup...

    I'd go stronger on a sticker. Soaking in water may help soften it, but carb cleaner or similar solvent might be the way to go. Just test inside the clutch cover to be sure what you use will not remove the paint. I have cleaned pine sap off saws with rubbing alcohol with great results, but it...
