I'm thinking plastic trough with a chiller, then maybe move it into a wood box insulated with sheets of pink foam I have laying around. I don't know, but it could have the opposite effect. While thinking about California's water shortage

I already know I'm going to hate it. It's easier to be miserable at home.

Yea, I was considering building something & adding a power chiller, but the convenience of something readybuilt is nice. What about Polar Dive USA? More affordable, but lower power & less durable. Some reviews look fake, though.

Does it help to procrastinate for a few minutes thinking how bad it will feel vs just going for it without a though? So you don't feel worth nearly as much as you should considering inflation? It could be colder, add some antifreeze (salt or alcohol).

Not much info in that video, nor in a lot of his other videos, but I found him teaching his breathing method to Russel Brand, and a video of what his 4 day program looks like. To me his breathing method especially looks like a relatively safe way o stress the body causing an adrenaline...

Your link says it does add salt, unless there's a salt remover down the line. I don't like the taste of dasani or aquafina. Deer Park is where it's at, though it seems like they have 2 flavors. Sometimes I think the taste is affected by what I've eaten, but it also seems like it has to do with...

I always assumed a hot shower would help me sweat a little afterward to remoisturize my skin with natural oils and salts, but it doesn't seem to work.

You know he doesn't have to set it for maximum cold even if he lived at the north pole. Point is cold in general and not a hot shower. I'm going to start these too since I have dry skin. One year I thought it wasn't as bad. Now I think that's because I didn't take hot showers, just roughly room...

    Cold showers

So how cold is a cold shower? 60? 50? 35? I've found in the summer I sometimes enjoy turning the temp down gradually until it is coldest, but then it doesn't seem all that cold. I don't think I've done it in the winter. I may have tried once, but can't remember. I've also found the easiest way...
