True, but I've never paid as much for "breakages" for my stihl toppers in 20 years.
As I said a great saw but more fragile, someone less baboon like might never have a problem.
First the rear spring, then some over zealous pulling of a stuck saw caused the breaking of some AVs, then it dropped out of the tree because the ring that you're supposed to use for hanging it on your belt got used for main support (mea culpa on that one) then someone placed something on top of...
Got lucky today, I use this loop for the saw lanyard, dropped the saw on the strop after a cut and it kept going! Luckily only 20 ft into soft ground so undamaged.
On reflection I should use the wire one (as I do now) but surely this breakage is a bit poor.
How hard can it be to use material...
Ok, it amazes me that stihl would admit it was "a bad one" but yeah if you're not noticing it is much better than a 192 then it sounds like it.
Never used the upgrade on my duffer.
Yep, I've got both. Pretty even. The husky has a reputation for being a bit more fragile, probably deserved, and being a little bit more powerful, also probably deserved.
Note I'm referring to the later 201 that's ok.
