Went to a Sporting Clays event this afternoon. Shot 40 out of 50 with the FN 12 gauge O/U. Meh. Then had a delicious prime rib dinner with scalloped potatoes, salad, and apple crisp for dessert. Too busy shooting and eating to take pics.

Ribs were on sale at Publix today, so that's what's for dinner tonight. I do a 3-step cooking process: simmer them for an hour or so in a marinade that I make up as I go, brush with honey/mustard/bbq sauce and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes or so, then finish on the grill so they're nice...
