I prefer the clean up from rigging one down vs felling. Much smaller area.

I probably should had added, that if things go wrong, it can change a nice trick shot into Russian Roulette in short order. Best used in lowest risk scenario.

The way I can interpret what Burnam is saying and from my own experience; you can learn a lot of neat tricks and cuts that MAY result in your desired lay or outcome. But not 100% of the time. But when it works, its great. Like playin pool.
