So, I was masticating that property a while back. I found a chunk of probably a live oak root crown. Looked like some interesting grain in it. So today I took my band saw and sliced some of the rough edges off. Im thinking I might try my hand at making a pistol grip for one of my revolvers.

Brought home some logs for Stehanson. He has been looking for some mulberry for turning. Low and behold, i killed one yesterday.

So, some 16' 2x6 came home today. A few 2x4 and some 4x4. We had a good start on 2x4 and 2x6 8- 10 foot long from some logs we hauled home. More to come. Neighbor wants some 2x8x96

Just brought home two more trailer loads. One of our neighbors is eyeballing for countertops and cabinets Stehanson made a desk out of some he scored. He wants more for hobbie. Rob made countertops out of some he laminated together. We have an accound we'll be able to get long boards off. Logs...
