    Cold showers

And then there are the folks who live where I do...when it starts raining, we don't notice at all, because it just stopped a minute ago. :D

    Cold showers

Hitting a cold-water dip after a sweat lodge, sauna or hot tube soak is a fine and enjoyable thing...completely different than the stand-alone cold shower/tub soak or lake/ocean swim...at least to me. It's the solid truth that people can be different from each other in a million ways, and this...

    Cold showers

Me, too. Now I'm happy to hit the cold pool, snow bank, or cold shower once I've heated up to super hot in a sauna, hot springs, or hot tub. That is easy. I've even partaken of a sweat lodge on the shore of a deeply frozen Cascades mountain lake, then been dipped by two friends into a hole...

    NFW :D

    Cold showers

Same here, Jim. M thinks I'm all out arctic, but her shower would near about burn me. Of course, it's only fair to point out that she regularly swims for several minutes in high mountain lakes that I can barely stand to dip in for seconds, just enough to wash the sweat off before retreating to...
