I’m a fan of greater use for humanity like convict fire crews or mak8ng license plates. What about safe “shoot up zones” ? Do you all have those? A nice quite safe publicly funded location to shoot up heroin or take opioid pills.

Mellow said 80-100 bucks a tree for permit….. Silicon Valley especially Cupertino can be $2k for a single tree….. and a 36” box replacement tree installed… if you have no room then you get to cut the parking lot and install it there. Cheers.
