Only I could hurt myself opening gifts. Opening a garment box (thin cardboard) I carelessly slid my thumb along the bottom seam to try to cut the tape and instead gave myself a nasty paper/cardboard cut under my thumbnail. Sometimes it’s amazing how such seemingly small things can hurt.- davidwyby

News flash Cory. Trees are indeed a renewable resource and logging is sustainable if properly regulated and practiced with that in mind. Maybe not old growth, but you need to promote saving "generations" as its done along with some old growth.- CurSedVoyce

Merry Christmas to all of you, Stephen! Same forecast here today. Rain, gusts of 45, and possibly thunder and lightning. Power is out all around us but we have been very lucky so far. We've just been hunkering down for several days now, keeping the woodstove going. Life is good!- Mrs.B

What's the weather like in your neck of the woods?
Lots of rain and big wind here the last few days. Tuesday night was particularly bad. Our biggest gust was 68mph, with most gust 45-50, which keeps you awake all night when you live in the woods. A neighbor called Wednesday morning and told us the entrance to our driveway was plugged. Sure...- Mrs.B

Hoyt alpha x. I shot a Matthew’s ( can’t remember the model) and for me it wasn’t a good fit for me. I must’ve shot 100 arrows between the six bows I tried and then tuning this one.- treebilly
