    You cannot go wrong with Paul's ascender. I use mine only a few times a year, being retired...but it makes me laugh out loud every stinkin' ascent. The Wraptor rules.

    Way to go, Carl, on the weight loss. For me, once I got started, it was so invigorating to see the pounds begin to go away early on that it became an enjoyable challenge to pursue. Keep up the good work. Carl as the next gen TreeHouse master?? Good in my book.
