All true. Really, by calling them a toy, I meant that if one cannot drive it on a road or street legally, it can only function as a cute toy. I didn't make that clear, obviously.

I'll defer to your more experienced opinion Kevin, regarding the kei trucks. In an urban environment, they may be the best thing going, I wouldn't know...though in the rural setting I still think they would be too small and underpowered. But that may well be wrong. As to the Jag...right...

It's sure a cute little truck, for sure. I've seen many a one on offer here in the PNW market, imported used from Japan. Pretty much a toy, but a nice toy!

My long beloved local Stihl saw shop is changing, really has changed, and I also miss the old days. Back then, pro sawyers were kings, and we got the best of service and parts for real deal saws. Full shelves of the professional saws from 200's to 880's. Now, not nearly the selection. More...

If you say so, Sean. I'll agree that Western white pine is miserably pitchy, though I have found ponderosa generally not so much so. My experience is significantly different with Douglas fir, especially in the spring and early summer. Noble fir is as bad as Grand ime, but maybe you are at...

Really, Sean? Hard to believe, for this fellow PNW'er. My own experience would differ in the extreme.
