When I make sourdough hotcakes the way I learned when I was buckarooing in Idaho, I omit the eggs. Milt, the old guy who taught me, said that when he started cooking for a sheep outfit at age 11, they sure as shit didn't have eggs, so that was the original way of making them.

The puke effect. Same reason I can't eat meat, it is not the taste I think, it just makes me spew.

That was a joke, of course. It is a funny thing. If Burnham baked that cornbread and I didn't know it had egg in it, I'd eat it happily. If I cracked that egg into the doug myself, no way could I get it down.

Well, the thing about butchering is, in every part of the World, they do it differently. The cuts we have here would mostly not make sense to an American butcher and the way the Moslems do it, makes sense to nobody else. Says the vegetarian.:lol:
