I know Im doing it wrong but Ive been doing it wrong for so long why change now. I need to hire help for Coxs tree and Ropetek and Im sure in the long run Id make way more money. However I have never had financial obligations and hate to fire folks so am very slow to hire.

I just pulled a figure out of my ass. He got truck, chipper, saws and phone for $50K. The first dumb thing he did was not getting workman's comp. as he said he couldn't afford it, basically lost at least 50% of the business right there as we worked for a lot of insurance co.s and municipalities.
