SBTree, so just curious, looking at your pics and I notice you have the jib on the crane but there is still a jib on the side of the boom lower? Did they truck it in separately??
Hell of a pick for that much reach!!
What ton crane was that?
Stig it makes no sense but thats how it is over here. All the wood I accumulate during the year gets burnt in a big bonfire when it snows........ Crazy.
What does pass for a pub there?? A café?
There is nothing over here that comes close. A bar from my experience( which is quite extensive ) is just a pick up joint. Nothing over here just to have a pint. Never been a member of a VFW or Moose club though
Sadly I get drunk at home
Scott, with that jib I would just be very worried about tipping the loader sideways if you so much as run over an ant!!
Obviously you have larger cahunas for a counter weight:lol:
Sean, you think you love it now, wait till 6 years of using it and then something goes wrong with it. You literally won't be able to work without it:lol: I get guys call me with a problem (usually worn out hub) and when I tell them they have to send it back its almost like no freakin way man!!
Stephen, try taking the end of your rope and putting it through the red ring and tying a HH stopper knot to get rid of that second biner. Ive been climbing like that for 6 months or so and love it.
Mick you are truly a sad git when you watch youtube of stump grinding! Am I seeing that right that you cut down into the stump at a V angle to remove wood??
One day Im going to ask you how you came to relocating to South of France. Seems like a huge life change at our age.
Rsky HUGE oak there...
