I went in today too, 47*, felt like 37:\:, renewed my beat up self.
Lately I"ve been embracing the major difference between still water and moving or rushing water, so I've been moving the limbs in the tub for bigger oomph.

You live in MD which is fully understood to be a warm/hot location.
You seem to utterly despise heat. You should move to the arctic or get a cool vest and/or do the Wim Hoff method to get your circulatory system going so that temp extremes are more easily tolerated.
Working in stiff breeze has worn me out like no other days. I once went half way up in the bucket without setting down outriggers on one side, could easily have killed me, was punchy near end of day from leaning into a 25mph wind all day
