Spaghetti w/big box store meatballs/sauce, steamed asparagus, garden salad and my easy-peasy garlic bread.

Was my night to cook for the firehouse, so whipped up a big batch of Creole chicken & rice, stir-fried broccoli & peppers, bought semolina rolls from market and a tray of meatballs from local pizzeria. Many grunts of approval from the ranks....

Lousisana Kitchen Dirty Rice, stir-fried zucchini & sweet onions and a big garden salad.

Made BBQ chicken thighs on the grill, roasted asparagus an Trader Joe's mushroom risotto. Kids gobble down the risotto like it's candy.....

@lxskllr John, if you ever get up to Philly, the Vietnamese places there have some of the best Pho you can sample. @FireFighterZero Jim, if it's loaded w/Corona Virus, just neutralize it w/that fine Chihuahua piss, Corona! ;)

Went out w/wife & son for Vietnamese and had crispy egg rolls and a nice big bowl of Pho (rice noodle soup w/lotsa beef parts; the broth is to die for!!!) Accompanying picture can also be linked to "What Are You Drinking Tonight?" and "Tree House Tee Shirt Orders 2019" threads... ;)

Quickie dinner before kids music lessons tonight: Jambalaya w/hot Italian sausage and shrimp, stir fried broccoli & peppers and a cuke/pepper/tomato salad.

Wifey whipped up some Chinese style fried chicken wings, bok choy soup and spicy tofu. Downed it w/coffee (long day) and a Devils Backbone Danzig Porter. Mmmmmm!!

Roasted the supermarket holiday freebie turkey w/giblet gravy, stir-fried zucchini & sweet onions and asian short grain rice. MMMmmmmm!

Wifey's out of town, and daughter is sleeping over at friends, so son and I out spoiled ourselves in the Ironbound (Portuguese) section of Newark. Bacon wrapped turkey breast for appy, then we each got the seafood combo in green sauce; about 2 lbs of lobster, clams, mussels, shrimp and scallops...

Butch, we've got some fine bakeries/farm stores up this way that charge $20-$25 for their pies, so from my perspective, you should be getting a Cadillac version for that much money down there. Bon Appetit!

John, if your a pretzel hound, see if any of your stores carry Utz brand, and then ask them to order the pumpernickel rods. Way too good, especially when dipping.

Wifey was nice enough to do her homestyle, Sichuan style cooking. Double fried pork w/tofu and long green hot peppers, stir-fried spinach and real, honest to goodness wontons (you have to try them; you'll never want the pre-fab pieces of mierda from China Wok again)! ;)

Wife is stuck working, so I wrassled up some dark meat fried chicken, roasted asparagus and cilantro-lime rice for me and the rugrats. Am finishing off w/a dessert helping of Haagen-Dazs Java Chip ice cream. Mmmmmmmm!!! :D
