For my son's farewell dinner, we went down to our favorite Portuguese place in Newark. Everybody had the same, seafood combo in green sauce. I keep dozing off every few minutes it was so good (and no leftovers).

My son did a kickin' Corned Beef, mashed taters and roasted cabbage last night. I got that part right in raising him (I'm 1/8 Irish,, leaving him a smidgen at 1/16).
Took care of dinner last night w/Jambalaya (Hot Italian sausage & shrimp), roasted asparagus & salad. Little stinker did her first try at Buffalo wings, which got an 8/10 rating (need more heat; she agreed).
Did spaghetti w/my homemade sauce, steamed green beans sauteed w/peppers & fungus, and a garden salad. Capped it off with a small bowl of Friendly's Vienna Mocha Chunk for dessert.
Okay Austin, you lived in NJ, so you know good pizza. Is what you're getting there (which look tasty) freezer jobs, your originals or do you have a half-decent pizzeria out there? Inquiring minds want to know.
