    How'd it go today?

Met with David (WyBy) for breakfast as he was passing by an hour down the hill from me. He's headed home and I am headed to the other side of the valley on an errand. Nice fella. So pics, cause it happened. Probably thinks I talk to much.

    How'd it go today?

Pressure washer I would doubt to be effective in hard pan. Wont even perk. Mixed with rock. Like concrete. Took a small jack hammer to dig through it for our foundation. Might work in clay though

    Father’s Day Splicing

My son really loves his vortex line. I preferred a soft hand in climbing line back when I started. I prefer something more like poison hivee, sort of medium. Runs better through ascenders. Should make a decent sling.

Hard pan and clay with rock. Little late in the season for digging. Only needed a 10 foot long trench and a foot down rarely freezes. I insulated the line any way as the feed is 24" down. And this will not only prevent freezing at 12", but keep the line cooler in summer.

    Decluttering

I rinse mine off from time to time. If you wash anything here, it becomes completely dirty one trip up or down the drive. And we are constantly on dirt roads.

    How'd it go today?

So for father's day, I took advantage of an empty house while everyone was at church. I took up a pick and maddock, shovel and tools and proceeded to move a water line I've been meaning to do for a while. Water has to be shut off. When I developed the property, I tried to look at least 10 years...

Snacking, sometimes I'll just find some salami, cheese and crackers. Katy is up the street picking up some jalapeño cheddar, cream cheese and cream made from their dairy cow.
