That all lines up with what I’ve seen too. Milling green, keeping boards short, and shielding from sun/wind make a huge difference with eucalyptus. Pentacryl should help a lot as well—especially on end grain—curious to hear how it performs for you once you start using it.

Mud season is back. We drove in fine. Played hop scotch with 24 mats 6 times to get out at the end of the day. I don’t enjoy the cold but I just wish it would show up and stick around till the end of march. I just have to with stand the BS till Friday. After that I’m off for two weeks. Hopefully...
