Distilled is condensed steam. RO is reverse osmosis. I know you’re supposed to use distilled in your cooling system to avoid getting minerals in it so the water is probably pretty similar in the end. It’s possible that drinking entirely mineral free water could strip minerals out of you.

I am waiting for glasses to arrive. I've worn some on occasion that I got at 19, until they broke 5 years ago. What are the contacts like over glasses?
