    How'd it go today?

Dave, Do you have any, or is there anyone who can get you some sort of electrolyte mix like LMNT. Start by mixing in water, but half strength to begin. If you haven't been able to eat, a few sips of that at a time can help get you back in balance, especially as the doxy is going to tear up your...

    How'd it go today?

I had that a year or two ago, vitreous detachment, yup it's a scourge for old folk, pita but resolved itself after not too long. Yeah who knew this getting old chit.

    How'd it go today?

I hope so. Still giving some thought to eating something, but that sounds like a lot of work right now.

    How'd it go today?

Something up with my left eye - woke two mornings ago with a black lacy veil over the center of my field of vision, and thousands of what look like raindrops on a window spread all over the visual field. Makes reading and fine detail work a pain after a while as it is tiring while trying to...

Ours get the anthracnose most every year but indeed there seem to be no significant ill effects

    Sycamores

Bark exfoliation - happens about the same time here. What's more visually troubling is seeing the ones with anthracnose lose all of their leaves, but they sprout out again... hasn't done the old ones that line the roads here any real harm so far.

    Sycamores

I like it. Ok how bout this: a lot of spring rain set the stage for stronger growth rate and the recent double heat wave indeed triggered the process.:dude:

Thanks! It was entertaining :). What a stupid way to proceed with the work...ridiculous, both the felling cuts and leaving the truck parked there.

Little shallow face cuts always seem more prone to barber chair. Just making an observation.

Big dead oaks amongst poison oak

Long sleeves, gloves, hand clippers and hate. That's how you deal with poison oak.

    Sycamores

The heat could well have initiated the process, which is why it's so wise spread and sudden.

There is the one just in the previous post but it didn't show for some reason. Just click on it and close the popup window of signing-in for FB, and you get the vid right there. The guy had time to escape, but not the poor car, parked right where it shouldn't be.
